Britalia 2005

3 weeks after Frimas, we went further west, not far from Angers, Chalonnes /Loire. A lovely place, with our three colors : Anjou red, Cabernet d'Anjou rosé (the Real Thing) and the sweet Côteau du Layon white and food specialties as well. We even had a meal in a former 10th century troglodyte farm, now a restaurant with its own bakery for the tasty "fouaces", with light by candles. So romantic! And still 40 wheeled fish & chips vs 40 flying pizzas (some from as far as Switzerland and Belgium).
